COVID - 19 Update: We fulfill all of our orders as usual. 

 

UK DELIVERY

 

We offer free next day delivery on all UK ( England Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland) orders from our Ready To Wear Collection.

Free next day delivery is automatically applied at checkout when you purchase by 12 pm from Monday to Friday. 

After your order was dispatched you will receive a confirmation email together with your tracking number.  

Please note that we don't deliver on Sundays, so Next Day orders placed before 1 pm on a Friday will be delivered on Saturday, and all orders placed after 1 pm on Saturday will be shipped on Monday.

 

Notice

  • Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping rather than the date of order. We aim to ship orders placed before 1pm GMT Monday to Saturday on the same day, however, cannot guarantee this. 
  • We're unable to deliver on public holidays or Sundays, so please allow an extra working day.
  • There are a small number of postcodes in the United Kingdom where Next Day or Saturday delivery may not be available, please contact info@kotys.co.uk for guidance.
  • Please note we cannot be responsible for delays due to customs or weather.

Taxes & Duties

 

UK VAT will be applied to orders dispatched within the United Kingdom. VAT will also be applied to all other EU destinations.

If your delivery address is outside of the EU, you may have to pay import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You must meet any additional charges for customs clearance. Please note, customs policies vary widely from country to country. We recommend you contact your local customs office for further information.

 

RETURNS

Please note that the return costs are not pre-paid. Postage or other return costs will be the customer's responsibility.

 

Ready to Wear dresses can be returned or exchanged within 28 calendar days from the arrival of your order. 

Return policy:

Goods need to be returned to Kotys unworn, unwashed and undamaged.
Goods must be returned in their original box and in the same condition as they were delivered.

Please remember to keep the tags on. All Kotys items have a tag attached. This tag must be kept on if you want to return the item. If you return an item without the original tag attached, the return will be sent back to you and the order will not be eligible for a refund.

How to return

  1. Package the item in their original box and indicate whether you would like a refund or an exchange
  2. Return it by Royal Mail or other quality delivery company.
  3. Make sure to obtain proof of postage receipt and retain it until you’ve been credited for your return.
  4. Once your return has arrived, please allow 14 business days for your refund to be processed.
  5. Refunds are made to the credit card used for the original purchase or PayPal account.
  6. Please be aware we are not able to refund any shipping and packing charges!

Exchanges 

 

Exchanges only apply for the same item in a different size or colour.  However, if you would like to change your item with a different item then please send us a notice at info@kotys.co.uk and we will do our best to help you. 

Exchanges, where requested, will be made depending on stock availability.

 

International Returns & Exchanges

To initiate an International return or exchange, please begin by completing the returns form included into your parcel. You have 28 days from the arrival of your order to return the goods to be eligible for a refund. 

Please note at the moment, Kotys cannot cover the cost of International returns, therefore you will need to initiate the return with your local postal courier. Please ensure you obtain a proof of postage for your own records. 

Most refunds are processed within 5-10 working days of the goods being returned subject to their condition upon receipt and the time for the funds to be returned. This timing will also be dependent on your banks processing timing.

Please be aware we are not able to refund any shipping and packing charges!

Your customer service representative will then be in touch with you once the garment has arrived back with us to start your refund process. Your refund will then take 14 business days to process fully. Please be aware Kotys does not refund postage if any paid, duties and taxes. 

To exchange an item, please return the garment back and indicate your preferred size or colour. This must be a like-for-like item (ie the same price). While you will be required to cover the cost of returning the item, we will not charge for the delivery of the exchanged item for you.

 

Customised dresses

Unfortunately, returns are not available since they are made specifically to customer's requirements. This does not affect your rights if the garment is damaged or defective or does not match the specification of the order.

However, any style with standard sleeve and hem lengths purchased from our Made to Order Collection is eligible for a return.

Returns received after 28 days will not be eligible for a refund. Please write to us on info@kotys.co.uk with any questions.

 

After we received the return  

All returns will be inspected upon receipt and any item in unsuitable condition will be sent back to the customer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, minus shipping costs if you paid any within 14 business days.
